The process features of building formwork are as follows:
1. The preparation of bamboo with groove and equal thickness. The large-diameter Phyllostachys pubescens is transversely cut into bamboo sections, and the external sections are milled out and then longitudinally cut into
2-4 pieces, then milling off the inner section for cooking and softening, then heating and pressurizing on the upper pressure single-layer flat press, unfolding the arc-shaped bamboo block into a plane. Finally, it is processed into the bamboo slices with the same thickness of green and yellow bamboo by double-sided pressing.
2. Set dry. In order to prevent the flat bamboo from curling and deforming under the action of transverse elastic restoring force during the drying process, the pressure drying process and equipment must be used to heat the wet Bamboo under the pressure. When the pressure is relieved, the moisture and free shrinkage must be removed.
3. Bamboo sizing. The water-soluble phenolic resin glue is applied to the bamboo roll by four roller glue applicator, with the glue amount of 300-350g / ㎡ (double side). 1% - 3% flour and bean powder can be added to the adhesive as fillers. The fillers can make the bamboo film easily form on the surface after gluing, which is not easy to produce the phenomenon of glue flowing when hot pressing, and can improve the brittleness of the glue layer after curing.
4. Assembly. By hand, the principle of symmetry, odd number of layers and the principle of adjacent layers of bamboo grain perpendicular to each other are strictly followed. It is required that the panel shall be made of bamboo pieces with good material, and the bamboo pieces with inferior material shall be used as the back plate. The bamboo green surface of the surface and the back plate is outward, and the bamboo yellow surface is inward; when the core plate is assembled, the orientation of the adjacent bamboo pieces is required to be arranged alternately according to the bamboo green surface and the bamboo yellow surface.
5. Preloading and hot pressing. The purpose of prepressing is to prevent the defects such as core stacking and seam separation caused by the displacement of the slab when it is installed into the hot press. Before the hot pressing after the assembly of slab, the slab should be prepressed at room temperature to make it stick into a whole material. The hot pressing process is a hot to hot bonding process. The hot pressing temperature is about 140oC, the unit pressure is 2.5-3.0mpa, and the hot pressing time is generally 1.1min/mm based on the thickness of the finished plate. In order to prevent the "bubbling" phenomenon, the three-stage depressurization process is usually used in the later stage of hot pressing. The first section is reduced from working pressure to "balance pressure", the second section is reduced from "balance pressure" to zero, and the third section is opened from zero to hot pressing plate.
6、 Lengthening and surface treatment of plates. Bamboo plywood is mainly used as the bottom plate of the car, so the length of the board is required to be consistent with the length of the car, while the pressed board is short, so it needs to be lengthened. The lengthening and surface treatment of the plate include end milling bevel, bevel gluing and lapping, hot pressing lengthening, longitudinal edge cutting, plate gluing and wire mesh coating, and hot pressing again to solidify the adhesive layer on the plate and press out the net mark.
